Villa Alfa in Javea is a four bedroom villa situated just a 3 minute drive from Javea's Arenal beach. The villa is available for holiday rentals in Javea throughout the year.
Villa Alfa has a large private swimming pool with a paved surround. Hedges all around the property ensure privacy. Lawns provide plenty of room for children to play. The L-shaped terrace offers lovely views towards the Arenal beach area, the sea and to Cabo San Antonio in the distance. The main living area of Villa Alfa is all on one level, with the spacious lounge and dining area, kitchen, family bathroom, twin bedded room and one master suite all on this level. Upstairs is the second master suite. Doors lead out from the lounge to the large covered terrace. This is furnished with table and chairs, and also comfortable cane furniture where you can sit and relax in the shade. A gas barbecue on the terrace makes this the perfect spot for al fresco meals. Steps lead down from the terrace to the private pool area.
The private swimming pool with steps in to the shallow end, is surrounded by a paved terrace and lawn area. There are sun loungers for everyone, and a table with chairs and a parasol. The self-contained apartment is on the same level as the swimming pool, and has its own independent access.
This apartment comprises a kitchenette (no over or hob, just a microwave, toaster and kettle), a comfortable sitting area, a twin bedded room with ensuite shower room. Because of its proximity to the pool this apartment is not suitable for unaccompanied young children, but is perfect for responsible teenagers who would like to enjoy a bit of independence. Villa Alfa has a covered, gated, car port for two vehicles and the whole property is fenced, gated and hedged for added privacy. The front entrance gate is remotely operated from within the villa.
