Andrea is situated in a privileged position above Javea Port with stunning views across the whole of Javea bay, the Port, the valley and inland. This is a three bedroom villa, on three levels, unfortunately not suitable for families with toddlers due to the many steps in the villa.
Situated on the Cuesta San Antonio, above Javea Port, entrance to Andrea is down steps from the car port to a pretty open terrace equipped with table and chairs. From here the front door leads in to a spacious entrance hall off which are the lounge/dining room and kitchen, and the master bedroom.
The lounge is comfortably furnished and has a huge picture window offering fantastic views across Javea bay to Cabo Negro in the distance. There is a television, but only offering programmes in French.
A door leads out to a large partially covered terrace offering quite stunning views. This is furnished with a table and chairs and we are sure it is where guests will enjoy their meals, gazing at the fantastic views. It will be a fantastic spot from which to enjoy the fireworks from the Port on 8th September!
The small, well equipped kitchen, is off the dining area. The master bedroom suite is also on this level, and comprises a double bedded room and shower room, with separate wc off the entrance hall. Double doors lead from the bedroom out to the terrace.
Downstairs are the other two (twin bedded) rooms and a family shower room. Both bedrooms have doors with mosquito nets and blinds for security. These lead out to the lower terrace and swimming pool and offer stunning views of the bay.
The big pool has a paved surround, and is not overtly overlooked. There are plenty of sun loungers and a table and chairs by the pool. A few steps up from the covered terrace is the barbecue area, with a purpose built barbecue casita and paved terrace with table and chairs.
The garden around the villa is extensive, featuring many Mediterranean plants and shrubs. Apart from the obvious attraction of the wonderful views of Javea and the bay, and the relative privacy of the pool area, Andrea has the added advantage of being situated close to shops, restaurants and the beach, all of which are within walking distance (although the return journey is up a steep hill! - taxis are available from the Port).
