Villa Bruja in Javea is built in traditional Levantine style, including arches, handmade floor tiles and a large covered terrace. This is a two storey villa for a maximum of four people occupying the upper floor.
Entrance to the main living area is up steps to a large arched terrace offering wonderful views. This terrace is furnished with dining table and chairs and with a comfortable sofa and chairs making it a perfect spot to relax with a book or glass of Rioja.
The front door leads straight in to the spacious, split level living/dining room, featuring a floor of hand made tiles. The lounge is furnished with a comfortable (new August 2009) sofa and arm chairs. The dining area has a table, made to order for the owner, with beautiful handmade tiles on the top. From the dining area doors lead to a pretty, enclosed patio.
There is a small kitchen, with a door out to the barbecue area. This area has been designed to provide a secluded spot to catch the evening sun. There are stone tables, benches and a purpose built bbq.
The master bedroom with en suite bathroom is off the dining area. A separate entrance to the second bedroom on this level is from the terrace. This bedroom shares a bathroom with the master bedroom.
The swimming pool, set beside one of the lawns, has a sun terrace with plenty of room for sunbeds for everyone. There is also a table and parasol here.
The gardens are extensive with some areas of lawn. The rest is left to nature. There are over 65 palm trees of one sort or another. The whole plot is fenced and gated for added privacy.
