Villa Patricia in El Tosalet, Javea is a two bedroom villa with a big private swimming pool and lovely garden
The private swimming pool has a paved surround furnished with sun loungers for all guests. The beautiful garden has a lawn and lots of Mediterranean trees and shrubs. There is a covered barbecue area, perfect for cooking your al fresco meals by the pool. The bbq pergola is furnished with table and chairs.
At the front of the villa is a covered terrace with arches out to the garden. This terrace is furnished with a table and chairs and a couple of loungers and is a perfect spot to relax in the shade, but within sight and sound of the swimming pool.
Entrance to the villa is through the covered terrace to the L-shaped lounge/dining room. This is very comfortably furnished and has FreeSat TV supplied from the owner's own 2m dish.
There is a well equipped kitchen off the dining area with a separate utility room housing the washing machine. Kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, 4 burner hob and oven.
Two bedrooms have double beds and the windows have shutters, keeping the bedrooms cool in the hot summer months. There is a small shower room, with a walk-in shower, handbasin and wc as well as a family bathroom where there is a shower over the bath.
The whole property is fenced, hedged and gated for added privacy.
There is a supermarket just a short walk away and the Arenal beach is 2,5Kms walking or 3,5Kms by car
