Mariposa is a pretty two bedroom villa in Pinosol, close to Javea beach (2,6Kms). The private swimming pool has a paved surround with plenty of room for sun loungers, and a table with chairs and a parasol. The garden features pretty flower beds, and the whole property is fenced and gated.
Entrance to the villa is through a glazed sun lounge, furnished with cane table and chairs. This leads in to the L shaped lounge and dining room. The lounge is comfortably furnished with a couple of sofas and includes a TV with many programmes in English. The well equipped kitchen is off the dining area and there is a separate utility room with the washing machine and dishwasher.
A passage leads to the two bedrooms (both with airconditioning) and the family bathroom. This villa is ideal for a family with a couple of young children, but as there is only one bathroom we do not recommend the villa for two couples. A five minute walk away from the villa is a shady park where supervised children can play.
The location of the villa, in Pinosol, is very convenient with the beach and shops just a five short drive away, and there are two restaurants within easy walking distance.
