This beautiful Javea villa is situated in a privileged position in El Trencal with fantastic views from Mt Montgo to Cabo San Antonio and the glistening Mediterranean. The villa has been designed to take full advantage of these wonderful views. A terrace runs the full width of the villa, with the "infinity swimming pool"a few steps down from the main terrace. This is a 'swimmers' pool, just over 12m long, and it is also designed to take full advantage of the stunning views. Surrounding the villa is a very well tended garden featuring many interesting flowers and shrubs, with a lawn at the back of the property.
The front door leads in from a covered terrace to the large, comfortably and stylishly furnished lounge/dining room. There are large 'picture' windows and double doors out to a covered terrace above the pool terrace. The covered terrace is furnished with a sofa and chairs, and there is an additional dining table and chairs for 'al fresco' meals. This is where guests will pass many happy hours simply gazing at the view, chatting, reading or snoozing! Indoors, a passage leads from the lounge to the three, good sized bedrooms (one with bathroom en suite), a separate shower room and the well equipped kitchen. Two of the bedrooms have doors out to the pool terrace. All the bedrooms have air conditioning for peaceful nights in the hot summer months (excluding Special Offers). The villa is situated high in the plot and there are a number of steps up from the parking area. For this reason we do not think it is suitable for those with walking or breathing difficulties. Nor is it suitable for toddlers and young children as the outer wall of the swimming pool has an unprotected drop of about 1,75m from the water's edge. The whole property is fenced and gated.
