Las Adelfas is a lovely and adorable villa located on the beautiful golf course “Fairplay Golf” (www.fairplaygolfhotel.com). As the name suggests, it is surrounded by high oleanders. You can enjoy the tranquillity in the wonderful natural surroundings the Andalusian countryside offers, about 1 km away from “Benalup Casas Viejas”, a typical white Spanish village.
The villa, with its private swimming pool and outdoor shower, looks onto the golf course, more precisely on the Hole 1, and offers a lovely view of the surrounding nature. From this villa you can hear the birds singing in the morning! The sunset is breathtaking from there too. From the terrace, you can embrace nature at its best: view of the golf course, further you can see the villages of Vejer and Medina Sidonia and by clear weather you can see the sea and get a glimpse of Morocco.
In the immediate surroundings you will find the “Fairplay Golf Hotel” with a variety of restaurants (Spanish, French, Japanese), a bar, a spa and a thalasso centre. A 3-minute walk will lead you to the golf’s clubhouse. Here you can get fresh bread (provided you order it the day before). For groceries, you can get everything you need in the village. There you will also find various typical Spanish restaurants.
Las Adelfas is a spacious holiday house with all the comfort you need to spend optimal holidays. There are no stairs, all the rooms are on the ground floor. The temperature inside the house can be set via a system of climate control (air-conditioning in summer, heating in the in-between, seasons). There are covered terraces all around the house: a plus point in summer (for shade) but also during less pleasant weather.
The villa comprises: a spacious hall with guest toilets, leading to 3 very spacious 2-people bedrooms, each with a separate bathroom with a shower and toilet. In one of the bathrooms there is another bathtub. The hall also leads to a delightful living room: a pleasant sitting room with a TV (satellite), a fireplace, a dining room and a lovely fully-fitted kitchen. Near the kitchen you will find a side kitchen with a laundry room, a washing machine and a deep-freezer.
The house offers a beautiful view of the garden and covered terraces. The living room looks onto the swimming pool, immediately next to a covered terrace. The garden also offers a separate storage place for the garden furniture and inox barbecue (Dan-cook). Once a week, extra cleaning is organised.
