A pretty three bedroom villa with fantastic views down the valley from Frigiliana to Nerja and the Mediterranean, and to the hills in the west. Rosalia is situated in a wonderful position at the head of the valley looking down from the Frigiliana/Torrox road to Nerja and the sea. There are panoramic views to the south (sea), east and north (hills). The villa has very easy access with just 100m of narrow country road (paved). There is a local restaurant within easy walking distance of the villa. The village of Frigiliana is about a 20 minute walk (not suitable for push chairs as the walk is along unmade tracks).
Entrance to the villa is through a small covered porch to the lounge and dining room with open plan kitchen. The lounge is comfortably furnished and there are views of the hills from the window. Off the lounge is a double bedded room and the shower room. Stairs go down to the lower level with a double bedded room and twin room. There is a second shower room at this level. Outside the front door is a delightful open terrace with a lovely tiled table and chairs. This area is perfect for al fresco meals in the sun, or relaxing taking in the stunning views. To the side of the villa is a purpose built barbecue area. This is a big barbecue, with plenty of work surfaces and a sink. There is another tiled table here, with chairs, and the whole area is covered with a cane pergola. This offers a great place for meals in the shade at any time of day, and also serves as a shady area near the swimming pool. The swimming pool has a paved surround equipped with sun loungers and a parasol. As with the other outside terraces, this area also has fabulous views. The pool area is gated. The whole plot is fenced and gated.
