On the first floor, you will find a well-fitted kitchen (oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave…), a sitting area with a convertible bed (2p) a fireplace (insert) and a dining area. Spacious bathroom with a bathtub/shower, sink, toilet, and a shower room with a sink. Separate toilet. Baby cot, baby chair. Large terrace with a delightful view of the olive orchards and the garrigue. Mosquito screens on all the windows.
The private swimming pool (9x4m) is open from June 1st to September 30th. It is surrounded by a large terrace. On the porch, there is a large stone table and a barbecue. This is a delightful place to enjoy a good book, a lovely drink or a delicious barbecue. Private parking for 3 cars.
