Anakena is a lovely villa with private pool located in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. She offers a magnificent sea view. The medieval town of Grimaud, renowned for its “Port Grimaud”, looks onto the bay of the Mediterranean Sea and is about 5km away from the villa. Beauvallon is a part of this town located on the other side of the well-known Saint Tropez. It is a residential neighbourhood situated near the Le Beauvallon Palace Hotel, and built near the delightful 18-hole golf course of Beauvallon.
The front door (electronic entrance) leads to the hall with spacious built-in cupboards. To the left there is a toilet, then an entrance to the “blue room”. This entrance also has built-in cupboards. The lovely blue room has a double bed (180cm) and a bathroom, with a bathtub, a shower and a sink. Everything has been done up in the same colour and thus offers a very pleasant atmosphere.
To the right there is a yellow room which is also very spacious and has two beds (2x90cm). This room also has a lovely sink and a walk-in shower (Provençal).
The very spacious living room leads out through a large sliding window to an enormous terrace. The living room has a dining corner to the right with a large table and ceramic tiles that has seating for ten people. To the left there is a delightful sitting area. Built-in cupboard with plasma TV, satellite reception, HiFi set-up, wifi internet for free,…
The kitchen is near the dining area and has every item of comfort (combi-oven, ceramic plate, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, wok).
Near the sitting room there is a small ‘space’ with a staircase leading to the floor below.
The staircase leads to the floor below. A door can entirely separate the two floors into two distinct areas. The large room (Le Paradis est Ici) has a double bed and large built-in cupboards, has access to a lower terrace thanks to a large window. A small space with to adorable little seats that can be transformed into a bed also has the necessary built-in cupboards.
The “Master Bedroom” with a double bed leads through a door to the lower terrace and swimming pool. The bathroom has every item of comfort. Exceptional shower, toilet, bathtub, double sink and washing machine. A heat pump has been installed in 2010 which allows for air-conditioning on both floors in summer. This must be requested beforehand at a price of 150 Euros/week.
The villa is very central and is located 50m away from the club-house of the Beauvallon golf club, 50m from the tee 1 and Hole 18. Tennis courts in the neighbourhood (200m) and the sea and private beach is within walking distance through the gardens of the magnificent Beauvallon hotel (300m max). Sainte Maxime with its numerous restaurants and shops is 2km away. Saint-Tropez is 10km away. Marseille: 120km (airport); Nice: 110km.
