Fatou-Hiva is a lovely villa with much charm and character locate in the small town of Agay. The villa does not have a swimming pool but it is right on the beach.
Fatou-Hiva is made up of a very pleasant living room with a fireplace and a TV, with the most incredible view of the sea. The kitchen is sober but well-fitted (oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine).
The villa has 5 bedrooms (1x2p, 1x2p, 2x1p, 2x1p, 2x1p). Next to the living room there is a bedroom (1x2p) with an adjoining bathroom with a bathtub and shower with a direct access onto the terrace with a sea-view. Further along there are 2 bedrooms on this floor and a second very beautiful bathroom.
A separate entrance leads to the lower level with its 2 bedrooms, one of which has a shower room and the other has a sink. Separate toilet. < br/>
All the bedrooms have been tastefully decorated, exhaling a warm and unique atmosphere.
The garden (1,300m²) has many trees and enjoys various terraces, all with the necessary garden furniture, where one can rest and enjoy the shade or tan under the blazing sun. The terrace also offers the possibility, being near the living room, of enjoying the shade while having a drink or a bite to eat facing the extraordinary view. < br/>
The sunrise is breathtaking !
A few steps immediately lead to a delightful beach, ideal for holidays with children. Many long chairs and umbrellas. It is spacious enough to bring a boat, store surf boards, bicycles, etc.
