Further along but still on the ground floor there are 2 more bedrooms (1x2p, 1x2p) and a separate shower room. There is a washing machine in this shower room. Separate toilet.
The garden is entirely fenced (800m²) and is beautifully kept. The swimming pool (8x4m) and lovely garden furniture (teak table and chairs), olive trees, barbecue, outdoor shower, etc will give a true holiday feeling. There is a blind on the terrace which provides the necessary shade. Within walking distance you will find an olive tree orchard where you can buy local and exceptional olive oil.
La Villa Claire is quietly located, though not in utter silence, yet it is very central. 2km away you will find all the necessary shops, such as a bakery, a butchery and a greengrocer’s. The beach is about 4km away. The renowned and fabulous beach of St Aygulf is 5km away. Cannes and St Tropez are at about 30 to 35 km. In Fréjus, there are a great deal of entertainment possibilities such as bicycle rides, motorcycle rentals, beautiful walks, and an exciting night life. Private parking.
La Villa Claire has a lot to offer, and is a fantastic place for those seeking a quiet place, close to the beach, the sea, with excursion possibilities and a terrific night life.
