Le Mas de Lavande is a luxury landhouse for 8 people located about 1.5km away from La Garde Freinet with a large garden and a lovely private swimming pool. This delightful villa (200m²) for 8 people has been tastefully decorated and very comfortably fitted, and enjoys a spectacular view of the hills.
On the lower level you will find the living room with a fireplace and a separate office, toilet, kitchen with all the apparatus you could require (including a large cooker), a pantry, a veranda with a large dining table, a large terrace with a view of the fabulous surrounding fenced garden with the large swimming pool (6x14m). The garden has been laid out by a renowned landscape architect.
On the first floor there are 4 spacious bedrooms (1x2p., 1x2p., 1x2p., 2x1p.). Shower room with a walk-in shower and toilet adjoining to the largest bedroom. The bedroom with the two single beds also has an adjoining shower room. Another separate shower room with a toilet. Child cot upon request. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans.
There is a large terrace around the big swimming pool (6x14m) with long chairs, various seats on the different terraces. The pool house with its fireplace is very pleasant. Next to the pool house you will find a separate space with a washing machine and a dryer. Dogs are tolerated. Sufficient parking space on the premises for a few cars and a garage for two cars.
Le Mas de Lavande is not far from the Villa ‘La Belle Vue’, a wonderful place for family holidays with accommodation for 10/12 people in all privacy.
