Le Rastel is a typical provençal villa with a great deal of charm, in a very quiet location in Agay, about 700m away from the sea and the shops.
This holiday home comprises a separate and well-fitted kitchen (oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave,...) and a very pleasant living area (TV). The house has a large covered terrace with a barbecue. 3 bedrooms (1x2p., 1x2p. 1x2p.). Separate studio with a convertible couch for 2 people and 2 single beds. Air-conditioning throughout the villa (not in the studio).
The large garden boasts many plants, bushes and trees, and offers a private swimming pool surrounded by a big and beautiful terrace. More than enough garden furniture has been foreseen.
You can visit Ste Maxime and St Tropez from Agay. There are many beautiful walks and excursions in the vicinity, towards the sea to enjoy the magnificent natural surroundings and amazing sea-views.
