On the ground-floor, there are 3 bedrooms and a modern family bathroom with a large family bathtub. The dining area has access to a beautiful and spacious mezzanine (convertible couch for 2p) and another lovely bedroom with its own bathroom. This bedroom also has a balcony.
On the ground floor there are large French windows all around which lead out to the terraces and to the garden. There is a delightful and very spacious terrace with a parasol offering a view of the big private swimming pool with Roman steps (10x5m) and the beautiful and well-tended garden with its pétanque alley, olive trees and various palm trees. Villa Verdi enjoys an ideal situation. Here you will enjoy the most beautiful natural surroundings that Provence can offer and the beaches are not far away. The village of Roquebrune-sur-Argens is within walking distance.
