Mouramour is a lovely villa located in the beautiful area of Beauvallon between Ste Maxime and St Tropez. The villa enjoys a very quiet situation in a residential neighbourhood with a magnificent view, about 700m away from the beach. Beautiful private swimming pool (11x4m, can be heated) and a delightful garden.
Mouramour is a typical villa of the region and it offers a very pleasant level of comfort. The interior is tidy and stylish. At the entrance of the villa there is a barbecue corner. The villa comprises an entrance hall that leads to the lovely living room with a fireplace that looks onto a spacious terrace with a view of the swimming pool and garden. Well-fitted kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer) and two beautiful bedrooms (1x2p, 2x1p) and a fitted bathroom with a bathtub and shower to which both bedrooms have direct access. One bedroom has access to the terrace.
A staircase leads from the hall to the lower floor where there are 4 more bedrooms (2x1p, 2x1p, 2x1p, 2x1p), three of which have French windows that give onto the garden. There is another fully-fitted bathroom and a lovely shower room. Adjoining sitting room with a convertible couch (2p) with access to the swimming pool. Ping pong, kickers, swings.
Mouramour offers a wonderful holiday thanks to the large spaces it has, its family interior, the roomy terraces, the lovely swimming pool and garden.
The beach is within walking distance. You can take the boat to St Tropez, they make the journey on a regular schedule. Only 2 week rentals.
