Boutouzet is located in a lovely rolling countryside at 2 km. north of Villeneuve sur Lot with all its nice activities, endless sunny terraces and good restaurants. From here you will be able to discover our unspoilt region with its orchards, hilltop villages, sunflower fields and numerous places of interest to visit.
The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. GROUND FLOOR: Big living with chimney, TV, radio, CD player and anex study with piano. Also a fully equiped kitchen and utility room with washing machine and dryer. Bedroom 1 with bathroom (shower and washbasin) and separate toilet. UPSTAIRS: Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and 2 washbasins. Bedroom 3 and 4 sharing the 3rd bathroom with shower, toilet and 2 wash basins. All bedrooms are cosy and have two single beds. Children cot and chair available on request.

The house is a very appealing self catering holiday home, not only for its comfort and spacious rooms but also because it is located in the center of the Lot et Garonne and near the Dordogne. Of course there are many things to do and to see here and you can go out for trips without ever being annoyed. But just being here is already great and relaxing. Greenish hills, sun, a concert by evening in town, a glass of wine or beer on a crowded terrace after your market, with a book on your sunbed next to the pool, evening markets with long tables where tourists and locals eat together in a true holiday atmosphere. It is all so relaxing !
But if you really feel like doing things. yes, visit castles nearby as well as old and picturesque medieval villages, bring your children to our famous goat farm, go boating or water skiing on the lot, make walking trips or by bike and enjoy our beautiful nature and landscapes. Villeneuve's tourist office is full of information for all kind of activities.
