Les Bosquets is an entirely refurbished ground floor house with a private swimming pool (3.5x7.5m), located in the woods in the area of Camargue, Montpellier and Le Pic St Loup, and about a 20-minute drive away from the beach.
This house is very spacious, modern with colourful fittings, and it comprises a very well fitted open kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave,…). The living room has a fireplace and a TV, and there is a mezzanine that can be used as a library where you will find a single bed. Next to the living room there is a covered patio.
Further you will find 3 bedrooms (2x1p., 4x1p., 1x2p.). One bedroom has a mezzanine. The bedroom with 4 single beds is made up of 2 beds that can be pushed together, and another separate bed that has a pull-out mattress. The master bedroom has an adjoining private bathroom and dressing room. Separate and spacious shower room.
Around the swimming pool you will find a very spacious partly covered terrace. More than enough garden furniture has been foreseen. Parking. There is a winelist in the house. You can order different wines at special prices.
Les Bosquets is definitely a good deal for those wishing holidays in the heart of nature and for those who need an exceptionally beautiful and quiet place to relax. The situation is also very interesting for those who wish to discover this area of the South of France. In July and August, this villa is rented out per two weeks.
