Les Piboules is located near Maillane. It is part of a 4,000m² property. There are two lodgings on this property, 1 is the owner’s villa and the other is a recently built home with a lodging on the first floor.
A separate entrance leads you to the stairs which will bring you to the lodging (65m²). As you walk in you will find a well-fitted open kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge with a freezer). The living room is pleasant and tastefully fitted (TV, HiFi). There are 2 bedrooms (1x2p, 1x2p, couch 2 pers.). Each room has its fitted cupboards. Shower room.
The large swimming pool (10x5m) with its incredibly beautiful garden (many flowery bushes, palm trees, large grass patches) has a large terrace that can be lit after dark. This is a very pleasant spot. More than the necessary garden furniture has been foreseen. Barbecue.
The small town of Maillane is within walking distance (10 minutes). Avignon is 15km away, the beach is at an hour’s drive. During the summer months, many villages around Maillane as well as Maillane itself celebrate St Eloi. There are fabulous horse shows around the towns. It is an old tradition which is renewed every year. Market day in Maillane is Thursday.
This lodging is a great place for those seeking tranquility in a delightful environment, with a lovely lodging and a beautiful swimming pool. On the ground floor there is a part kept for the owner. The owner is often away and usually drops by to look after the property. The lodging may be rented during the entire year, except for August. You must then rent the entire property.
