Alexis is a charming Provençal ground-floor villa (150m²) for 8 people, with a private heated swimming pool (10x5m, 1m – 2.2m deep). The villa is peacefully located, on a fenced 1ha property, planted with local varieties of trees and shrubs. You can enjoy the various spots in the garden that have been set up to enjoy the natural surroundings. The covered terrace (10m²) has garden furniture and a barbecue, and the shaded terrace under the trees (20m²) has long chairs and cushions. Both terraces offer a view of the swimming pool, and a necessary cooler outdoor place.

This beautiful country house comprises a spacious living room with a dining table, a card-playing table, a fitted sitting area with a fireplace, TV, DVD, radio, board games, books and tourist information. The kitchen is well fitted, it has an electric cooker, a fridge, a deep-freezer, an oven, a micro-wave, a mixer, a coffee machine, a toaster, a dishwasher and all the necessary kitchenware (china and cutlery). In the laundry room, you will find a washing machine, an iron, a dryer and an ironing board. High chair and small tables and chairs for the younger ones.

There are 4 bedrooms : 3 with a double bed each (2x160cm and 1x140cm) that look onto the terrace, 1 with bunk beds (90cm). An extra convertible in the bedroom and a child cot. 2 bathrooms: 1 with a bathtub and a sink, 1 with a shower, a sink and a toilet. 1 separate toilet. Pétanque alley and a ping-pong table. Electric heating.

The house is located in the Provence Verte (‘Green Provence’), at the heart of the vineyards and delightful Provençal towns: Cotignac, St Maximin, Aix-en-Provence and Correns, the first bio-town in France. The Mediterranean coast is close by, Le Lavandou, Cassis, Bandol with their delicious restaurants on the Mediterranean shores, the shops and long strolls…

For more mundane places, Nice (60min), Cannes (45min) and St Tropez (45min) are worth the trip during any season. The Toulon airport is 20 minutes away from Alexan and the Marseille airport is 40 minutes away. The closest TGV-station is Aix-en-Provence, 30 minutes away from Alexan.
