The villa Carpe Diem with private pool is most certainly a jewel in the heart of Provence. Located about 1km away from the typical Provençal village of Eyragues, this is a place where you will find tranquillity in a most beautiful place, with a fully fenced garden and an electric gate.
The villa comprises an entrance hall with a separate toilet. The separate kitchen is well fitted (oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher,...). The living room is delightful and cosy (TV, DVD-player). The kitchen and living room have immediate access to the large covered terrace with its big table and outdoor living room. Next to the kitchen you will find a spacious laundry room with a washing machine. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a comfortable convertible bed and a shower room. This room leads out to the terrace next to the swimming pool. On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms (1x2p., 1x2p., 2x1p.). There is a lovely bathroom with a bathtub and a separate and original shower. Child cot and high chair.
The garden is beautifully tended. Here and there you will find little areas where you can relax and read a book or have a drink while enjoying a great holiday feeling. Many spaces around the swimming pool (5x5m -130-cm deep). Large terrace with sufficient garden furniture, a barbecue and a lovely and decorative outdoor shower.
