La Maison des Arènes is a cosy and delightful ground-floor house, which has been entirely refurbished in 2010, located in the centre of the well-known town of Eyragues. The baker, butcher, pharmacy, supermarket, etc. are a short walk away.
The gate opens onto a spacious terrace with a swimming pool (6x3m). The terrace is entirely walled, which fully protects you from a possible gust of the Mistral wind.

The house comprises a lovely fitted kitchen (oven, fridge, dishwasher, cooker,…) with a dining table and an adjoining and delightful living room (TV). The kitchen and living room look out onto the swimming pool and terrace. Next to the lovely living room there is a bedroom (1x2p). This lovely house is ideal for those wishing to discover the Provence region, with its typical villages on a day trip, and come back home for a delicious barbecue on the terrace, a dip in the pool or a lovely stroll in town. NO ANIMALS ALLOWED !
Despite it being in the centre, this house is very quiet and calm. An excellent product!
