L’Ambiance is located in the small Provençal village of Uchaux. Uchaux is geographically very interesting. A few km away you will find the “Théâtre Antique d’Orange”, close to the Drôme region and the Ardèche, and less than 1 hour away from the Mont Ventoux.
This is a delightful place to stay, boasting a 3,500m²-property with a private swimming pool (40x5m) and a fantastic, fully-fitted pool house (oven, fridge, microwave, bar, outdoor living room, barbecue). There is a terrace surrounding the swimming pool with sufficient garden furniture. You can even interrupt your sunbathing for a game of pétanque or ping-pong.
L’Ambiance comprises a spacious living room (flatscreen TV, DVD) with a mezzanine (2x1p). In the living room, (3 steps above) there is a reading corner with a TV and various board games. The kitchen is fully fitted (oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher). There is also a TV and DVD player in the kitchen. The washing machine is in the laundry room. On the floor above you will find 3 bedrooms (1x2p., 1x2p., 2x1p.) and a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower.
The basement has a fitness room (step, home-trainer) with a shower and a toilet.
L’Ambiance is definitely a fine place thanks to its garden, its many terraces, the fantastic pool house, its traditional yet refined interior, its interesting location… all in a perfectly quiet setting for terrific holidays.
