Villa Cabot is located in Cotignac, the world-renowned and delightful Provençal village. The house is on a hillside, thus offering extraordinary views of the valley.
A driveway leads you to the entrance. You will immediately see a water basin. The water comes from a well near the laundry room. There is not really a garden, but many terraces, both covered and open. It is all a very charming and delightful ensemble.
The interior of the house is very tasteful with particular care given to detail. The kitchen is well-fitted (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine). Immediate access to the terrace which has been comfortably furnished with bamboo furniture. The view from the living room (fireplace, TV) is unbelievable and unending.
On the lower floor there is 1 bedroom (1x2p) with an adjoining office (convertible bed 1x2p). This room leads out to a terrace with a Jacuzzi. On this floor, next to the office, there is also a shower room. A staircase leads from the living room to this floor. Beautiful bedroom (1x2p) with an adjoining dressing room and a bed for 1 person, and an adjoining and very romantic shower room. 2 separate toilets.
On the larger terrace at the back of the house you will find a Jacuzzi/spa (maximum 5 people) with a terrace. On this terrace, there is sufficient garden furniture and a large barbecue.
Les Gorges du Verdon are about 15km away, and there you can enjoy a wonderful swim in the warm water of this beautiful river, as well as kayaking.
Villa Le Cabot is a truly delightful house with a great deal of charm in a peaceful setting.
