Le Mas de Poulette is a very beautiful house with a private swimming pool (5x11m) situated in Lorgues on a large 4000m_ plot of land.
The ground floor of the house has its room in series and it is made up as follows: a large American kitchen, fully-fitted (washing-machine, dishwasher, oven) that communicates with the dining-room, decorated in Salernes ceramics.
On the southern face of the kitchen there is a summer kitchen on a large covered terrace with a barbecue, a sink and cupboards.
At the entrance of the house, there is a flipper at the disposal of both children and adults. It opens onto a covered terrace that is fitted and furnished with a big oak table and chairs, arm-chairs and long-chairs.
At the right of the entrance, three steps lower, there is a living room, a couch, arm-chairs, furniture, an LCD TV (70cm), a DVD player and a stereo.
There follows a large master bedroom with a big double bed (160cm x 200cm), with closets, an adjoining bathroom, 2 sinks and a toilet decorated in Salernes ceramics, that opens on one side onto the swimming pool and on the other side onto the bedroom's private covered terrace.
On the first floor, there are two identical bedrooms that are accessible from the outside allowing for greater intimacy for couples or teenagers. These two bedrooms have a shower, a sink, and a toilet, closets and 2 beds (90cm x 200cm) separated for one and double in the other. The 4th bedroom is in a small hut near the house and it has a double bed, a bathroom, a sink and a toilet.
