Le Petit Baou is a very pleasant home located in Montfort sur Argens, 5km away from the renowned town Cotignac. The surroundings are fabulous for nature-lovers. The numerous cycling paths and walks, the many excursion possibilities by the river (kayaking, swimming, fishing,…) are a real pleasure for those who love nature!
The villa is very cosy and has been tastefully fitted. The beautiful living room and the lovely fireplace offer a most delightful atmosphere. In the well-fitted kitchen (oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee-machine,…) you will find a very large table. The kitchen is delightfully and typically Provençal. The kitchen leads to the partially covered terrace furnished with more than enough garden furniture, including an outdoor living room.
A few steps lead to a small landing and a spacious bathroom. A few more steps lead to the night hall with its 3 bedrooms (1x2p., 1x1p., 1x2+ 1x1p) and a shower room. Child cot. Air-conditioning has been foreseen throughout the house. The wonderful wild garden (5,000m²) is not fenced. Private parking on the premises.
Le Petit Baou does not have a swimming-pool but you can drive through a narrow path to the river (you need to take the car but there is a large parking space) and there you will find many sports possibilities and outdoor activities. The terrace offers a beautiful view. You can hear people enjoying the river in the distance. The house is rented for maximum 6 people.
