Maison Ferrer is a very cozy home located about 200 metres away from the lovely town of St Remy de Provence. Extremely calm and peaceful.
The house comprises an open, well-fitted kitchen (oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, cooker, microwave,…) and a very pleasant living room. The kitchen leads out to a terrace at the back with a laundry-room (washing machine and dryer).
The living room leads directly out to a covered terrace with a vine. This is a wonderful place to enjoy a drink or a bite to eat, or even to settle down with a good book.
3 bedrooms (1x2p., 1x2p., 1x2p.), one of which has an adjoining shower room. Another bedroom has a TV and a view of the terrace. Separate shower room.
Child cot and high chair upon request.
The swimming pool (7x3m) is in the garden. More than the necessary garden furniture has been foreseen. The fountain, the hammock,… everything has been thought out to make this garden an ideal place.
In the garden there is another separate shower space with a separate toilet.
You can enjoy the seasonal vegetables from the orchard, such as tomatoes and zucchinis. From the garden you can see the “Mont Gaucier”, the highest tip of the Alpilles.
Pets are allowed upon request.
This house is a must for those who wish to discover St Remy de Provence and its surroundings. Also for those who are seeking a quiet setting, who will thoroughly enjoy this home.
