Mas du Pellu is a huge and authentic mas located on a wonderful 1ha property with a large garden and a wide variety of trees. Part of the mas is for the owners and the other part is rented. Mas de Pellu offers a very spacious and comfortable interior. Yard with a large terrace covered during the summer months by old sycamore trees. These fabulous trees are appreciated during the beautiful summer months, and confer a very authentic and typical Provençal atmosphere.
The mas comprises on the ground floor a living room with a sitting area (TV), a small dining room, a spacious and well-fitted kitchen with a dining area (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave), a spacious laundry room, a shower room and a bedroom (1x2p). On the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms (140cm, 140cm, 3x90cm, bunk beds + 1x1p), 3 of which have a private shower room. Next to the mas there is a big private swimming pool (12.5x5.5m) with a spacious pool house. The pool house comprises a large living room with a billiard table and a fireplace, a well-fitted kitchen and a shower room with a toilet. Near the swimming pool, there is an enormous covered terrace with a pizza oven and a fireplace. The owners may also use the swimming pool. 6 bicycles available for the tenants. The towels and sheets are changed weekly (supplement of 50?00 Euro).
It is an ideal starting point to undertake excursions to places such as Noves (2km), St Remy (8km), Avignon (10km), Arles (25km), the beach (80km). Mas de Pellu definitely has a lot to offer: a very authentic, Provençal setting, a great deal of space, it is very comfortable and fully fitted.
