Santa Maria is a lovely holiday home with a large private swimming-pool (13x6m – 1.20m to 2.40m deep) and a delightful garden with a wide variety of plants and trees, located in the village of Graveson in the heart of Provence.
The house comprises a separate and well-fitted kitchen (oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave,...). Laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. The living room is very spacious, very rustic but cosy and charming. It comprises a lovely and spacious sitting room with a fireplace and a large dining area. The living room has immediate access to a terrace, where you can enjoy a drink, a good book, ... with a view of the swimming-pool and garden.
On the lower level you will find 3 bedrooms (1x2p., 1x2p., 1x2p.), and a shower room. On the mezzanine there is an office with an internet connection and a spacious bathroom. In the beautiful garden there is a large fenced swimming-pool surrounded by a splendid terrace. More than the necessary garden furniture has been foreseen (outdoor living room, long chairs, ...), also for the little ones. Parking space.
Delightful and well-fitted pool house (cooker, refrigerator, dishwasher, fireplace, living room, shower and toilet...). In Santa Maria there is hardly any need to go into the house, everything has been foreseen to spend the day outdoors, between the garden and the pool house! A most relaxing holiday is therefore guaranteed. Pets are allowed upon request. You can sometimes hear a freight train that passes by every day, but it is not disturbing. Apart from that it is a perfectly quiet place.
