The plot is very big (5.000m²), well-tended, with trees for shade and a large grass patch allowing for a lot of room to sunbathe. Big private swimming pool with a terrace and a pool house with an outdoor shower (with warm water). Sufficient garden furniture.
There is a private tennis court and a pétanque alley available. The villa is rented on a two-week minimum basis. The grand piano in the living room may only be used after consent following a mutual agreement.
