Villa Les Piboules is located in Maillane. It is part of a 4000m² property, which comprises 2 lodgings, one being the owner’s villa and the other, a more recent and beautiful villa, is for the guests.
The ground floor comprises a very well fitted space with a lovely kitchen (American fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine), a lovely living room (couch 2 pers) with a fireplace, a well fitted shower room and toilet.
A separate entrance leads to the staircase of the lodging (65m²) on the first floor. As you enter you will notice the well-fitted kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, fridge with a freezer). The living room is nice and tastefully fitted (TV, HiFi, couch 2 pers). 2 bedrooms (1x2p, 1x2p). Each room has fitted cupboards. Shower room.
The large swimming pool (10x5m) with its breathtaking garden (many flowery shrubs, palm trees, big grass patch) as well as the spacious terrace can all be lit up in the evening. A very welcoming atmosphere. More than necessary garden furniture. Barbecue.
The village of Maillane is within walking distance (10 minutes). Avignon is about 15km away, the beach is at about an hour’s drive.
During the holiday months, many villages around Maillane and even in Maillane, celebrate St Eloi. Many decorated horses go from one village to the next, in a very old local tradition which is a feast for the eyes. Market day in Maillane every Thursday.
This villa is good value for those seeking peace and quiet in a delightful environment, with a pleasant level of comfort and a lovely swimming pool. The villa as a whole can only be rented in August, it is then entirely private.
