La Bastide de Chapelonne is a lovely old bastide, located in the countryside in the heart of Les Maures, in Le Luc en Provence, on a 10,000m² plot of land. The property is surrounded by vineyards and enjoys a varied view of the Massif des Maures. A large covered terrace offers a particularly delightful and typical Provençal atmosphere, and looks onto the beautiful grass garden and absolutely beautiful private swimming pool (10x5m).
La Chapelonne offers a delightful and very typical interior. There is a spacious and well-fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave) with old and typical beams (TV). A large living room with lovely white leather furniture and a dining area (TV, hiFi). In total there are 5 bedrooms. One bedroom (140cm) has a convertible couch for 2 people, a kitchenette and a shower room with a toilet, and has access to the garden through French windows. This is almost a separate studio. Separate toilet.
On the first floor there is a toilet and 2 fitted bathrooms. There are 3 beautiful and fitted bedrooms (160cm, 180cm, 140cm) with their own TV. The 4th bedroom (180cm) is special. It is an exceptionally spacious bedroom (180cm + convertible couch for 1 or 2 people) and has been luxuriously fitted (50m²) with an open bathroom and a separate walk-in shower, beautiful furniture and an adjoining living area (TV) and office that leads out through French windows to a large solarium with a view of the garden and swimming pool.
La Bastide de Chapelonne is very typically Provençal, and utterly delightful. Each room offers a beautiful view of the wonderful surroundings with many vineyards. The area is extremely peaceful. A concierge lives in a small apartment on the other side of the property, totally apart. There is a kart-circuit in the area. Sometimes you may hear it on week-ends, but it is not disturbing. Air-conditioning in every room. Internet access.
