La Roucassiho is a luxury villa situated in the heart of Provence, in the village of ROGNES, 20 minutes away from Aix-en-Provence. This villa enjoys a delightful setting with a panoramic and very peaceful view of the Provençal countryside.

On the first floor of the main part of the house (above the kitchen-diningroom) are two beautiful bedrooms (90x2cm, 90x2cm) and (4 x 3) each with private bathroom with toilet, one with also a bath and shower, the other only with shower. The splendid private swimming pool (5 x 10 m) is surrounded by spacious terraces 2800. There is a "poolhouse" up a staircase from the swimmingpool with a very comfortable 6th bedroom (3.5 x 8m) annex showerroom and toilet.This room has twinbeds and a pull-out couch-dubble bed. La Roucassiho is definitely a wonderful villa with an exceptional situation enabling a whole series of excursions: for example Aix-en-Provence is 20km away, Avignon is 30km away. During the summer, there are many cultural activities which take place in various places as well as concerts which are organised, such as the renowned Festival International de Piano (La Roque d’Anthéron). The price in september can change, depending on the number of persons.
