The property is in a tranquil location at the center of a 12 hectare farm that produces wine and olive oil. At the same time it is just 350 m from the center of a small, charactaristic village where a bus can take you to Florence in just 20 minutes. Beautiful view of the countryside. Each apartment has its own large, private outdoor space, and the beautiful, enclosed, shared pool sits among olive trees, overlooking the country landscape (85 m from the house). Upon request, it is possible to visit the garden of the main villa, with its ancient interconnecting pools fed by a natural spring and age-old lemon trees. The apartments are furnished in simple, rustic style. Access to the property is via a 250 m unpaved but well-maintained road.

At guests’ disposal: fenced-in pool (7 x 14 m – depth from 1,4 m to 2,2m – open from May to October 15th, from 8:00 to 20:00) with outdoor shower (cold water). The pool is located 85 m from the house and is shared with another house not described here. Each apartment has its own private outdoor space and a barbecue (portable). Internet connection is available at the property owners’. Laundry with washing machine (€ 3,- / wash), iron and ironing board. Parking within the grounds.
Extra services to be paid on the spot: Extra single bed with linens available upon request (€ 70,- / week). Baby bed with linens (€ 40,- / week), high chair (€ 40,- / week). Maid service (€ 12,- / hour). Upon request it is possible to purchase products from the farm.
Mezzazine: (access from 6 steps up): kitchen (oven, small microwave,, 140 lt refrigerator, American coffee maker) with dining table, two armchairs and satellite TV. First floor: double bedroom with fan, bedroom with 2 single beds and fan, small, original bathroom with slanted ceiling and shower. Large and pleasant private outdoor lawn located among olive trees next to the house (movable barbecue) with beautiful view of the countryside.
