At guests' disposal: fenced equipped garden and shared swimming pool (9 x 4 m - maximum depth 2 m - open from 31/03 to 31/10), playground for children, relax area with hammocks along a river, barbecue. All of the apartments of this villa in Tuscany are provided with satellite TV and some of them with air-conditioning (to be paid extra on the spot). Shared washing-machine and iron at guests' disposal. Parking within the grounds. By arrangement baby bed and extra bed available free of charge. Maid service available by arrangement € 7,- / per hour (to be paid on the spot). Small pets are allowed. Bicycles for rent.
