Beautiful extensive views over the surrounding landscape and over the Tyrrhenian coastline are afforded from the property. The house offers cosy interiors furnished in a rustic style, typical of Tuscany.
Poderino is situated at 3 km from Bibbona with all kinds of shops, Cecina with excellent restaurants 7 km, the small town of Castagneto Carducci 10 km, Livorno 40 km, Volterra 50 km. The nice sandy beaches of Marina di Bibbona are only 5 km away. Poderino has a nice living-room (TV) with fireplace, dining area, kitchen corner (oven), double sofa-bed and access to a furnished loggia, bathroom with shower. On the first floor (access via a spiral staircase or via an external staircase) there is a double bedroom, twin-bedded room, toilet. There is a large, beautiful, fenced garden furnished with garden furniture, private swimming pool (9 x 4,5 m – maximum depth 1,2 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09) and barbecue.
