The villa is nicely and comfortably furnished in a typical Tuscan style. Distances: San Polo with all kinds of shops 4 km, Figline Valdarno 15 km, Florence 20 km. At guests’ disposal: large furnished garden, private swimming-pool (10 x 5 m – maximum depth 1,4 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09), barbecue. The access to the property is via an unpaved and partially steep road not suitable for sports cars. Parking within the grounds. Baby bed available on request (€ 40, - / per week to be paid on the spot): Pets are allowed with an extra charge of € 100,- to be paid locally. 300 m2.
