HOW TO RESERVE ?
- On this website, you will find holiday homes that we have personally visited and selected. For nearly every studio, apartment and villa, many coloured photos are available. However, this site can already give you a good idea of our offer.
Just tell us what you are looking for, and we will do our best to offer you a selection matching your request.
Our strict norms and good knowledge of the market guarantee no bad surprises. There is always a local correspondent too, who will endeavour to answer your questions and carry out your wishes.
- Drop by our office, and you can peacefully get acquainted with the various villages and holiday homes we offer. There are plenty of photos available. If you don't have the time or if you live too far away, then we can send you the necessary information by mail, with all the necessary guarantees.
WHAT MUST I PAY BEFORE LEAVING ?
- Rental price: A 50% down-payment + possible insurances (not compulsory) and extras. The balance must be paid in full 8 weeks before departure.
Payments by Visa are possible with a supplement of 3%.
- Agency fees: € 50
- Cancellation insurance: 4,5% of rental price.
- When the deposit has been paid in Belgium, we will pay it back 4 weeks after your return from holidays, after checking that all the tenant's duties have been carried out and the premises have been checked out by the local correspondent.
WHEN DO I PAY FOR EXTRA SERVICES ?
- For some holiday homes, sheets can be rented and must be paid for. This is separate from the various points in the price list and rental price.
- Extra services: for example reservation of children's beds, single beds, etc.
- Deposit: The local correspondent fixes the deposit amount separately. The tenant pays this deposit upon arrival at the holiday home to the local correspondent. The tenant may ask for written proof of the deposit. This deposit will be handed back upon departure or 4 weeks after return, upon presentation of the written proof. In this case, the deposit is on no account payable by CAP.
Tourist tax: In some countries, this can be requested.
THE PRICE
- The holiday rental price has been accurately determined. A discount can sometimes be granted for rentals of over 4 consecutive weeks.
- Payment: A 50% down-payment is to be paid within 8 days of reservation.
The balance is payable 8 weeks before departure.
- The prices in the pricelist may be subject to change. Please be sure to confirm the price upon reservation. Once the reservation is made, the price is fixed and may no longer be changed.
- Villas with a swimming-pool: for reasons beyond our control (for example the weather, yearly maintenance, etc.) it is possible that the swimming-pool may be out of use during the low season, or it may even be closed.
- This site has been established with the greatest care. However there may be blanks regarding some holiday homes. Indeed, such a website can never be perfectly completed and updated. We thank you for your understanding.
