Les Pins Tranquilles is very quiet and yet it is only a short distance from Cannes’ lively centre. The corner apartment is on the fourth floor (lift) and is entirely surrounded by terraces. You can enjoy a phenomenal view of the city of Cannes and the surrounding hills. During the day, you can enjoy the wonderful view and the divine terrace. In the evenings, the view becomes absolutely magical as the city lights up after dark. The bedrooms also enjoy fantastic views, not just the living room.
The apartment comprises a brand new fully-fitted kitchen (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave,...) with a flat screen TV. The L-shaped living room is very spacious and has delightful fittings with a flat screen TV, an iPod box, a CD player and a radio. All the furniture and decoration is harmonious and well looked after. Every room has immediate access to the terrace.
The terrace has the necessary garden furniture, allowing you to enjoy a good book or a delicious meal facing the lovely view.
The apartment comprises 3 comfortable bedrooms (1x2p., 2x1p., 2x1p.- the single beds can be brought together) with fitted cupboards. Every bedroom has everything you need to get a good night’s sleep. There are 2 beautifully-fitted bathrooms each with a sink, a bathtub and a toilet. 1 bathroom also has a separate shower. Each bedroom has French windows leading out to the terrace. The bedroom with a large double bed has a flat screen TV. Wi-Fi (internet).
To top it all, there is also a basement and a garage.
The Croisette is a 15-minute walk, and you will find a bakery, a butcher and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Castel Carpe Diem is a luxury villa for 10 adults + 6 to 8 children with private pool, located between Cannes and Grasse (Provence/Alpes Côte d'Azur). This holiday home has a beautiful location on a large domain of 5000m2 in a wooded area. The residential area is located close to known villages and towns such as Mougins, Valbonne, Mouans-Sartoux,... A beautiful region to explore.
Castel Carpe Diem is a very spacious, secure and luxury holiday home with a majestic interior and lots of natural light. A centrally located open patio, decorated with palm trees and a fountain, allows natural light to enter the entire villa.
