This stunning stone property, recently renovated with respect for the building’s rural origins, is nestled into a hillside on a 8,000 m² plot of land.

Interior: Charm and Character
The house is spread over three levels: the main living area is on the first floor, while the bedrooms are divided between the ground floor and the second floor. Traditional charm is present throughout, with exposed stone walls and carefully preserved wooden beams. The open-plan kitchen and dining area is filled with natural light and opens directly onto a covered terrace — ideal for enjoying meals outdoors. The second floor is entirely dedicated to two beautiful master suites, each with a private en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, including a lovely double room with direct access to the garden and pool — perfect for those seeking a little more privacy.

Exterior: Space and Serenity
A lush setting and panoramic views of the surrounding countryside await you. The large private heated pool (10x5 m, max. depth 2 m), open from May to October, is partially shaded by trees that provide natural cool spots. A raised wooden deck has recently been added to the side of the house — a fantastic place to relax and take in the scenery at any time of day. The garden is beautifully landscaped with abundant greenery and flowers, creating a peaceful and harmonious atmosphere that encourages relaxation and reconnection with nature. A true haven of peace.

All amenities are within easy reach in the nearby village of La Fouillade (just 3 km), where you’ll find a few cafés and local shops. Najac, one of the most beautiful bastide towns in the southwest, is only 6 km away and is sure to be the starting point for many outings: the Sunday market, fine dining (from a friendly pizzeria to award-winning restaurants), and peaceful strolls through the medieval lanes. In the evening, a walk through the village — beautifully lit and overlooked by its majestic castle — followed by dinner on a terrace, is the perfect way to end the day. Welcome to Les Murmures, an ideal holiday home for 6 people, with private heated pool, in the heart of Provence, at Paluds de Noves (South of France). With an ideal location for numerous excursions in the region, or simply to enjoy a moment of relaxation around the lovely private swimming pool.

Inside: very well equipped
This holiday home for 6 people in Provence is very well equipped to ensure maximum comfort during your stay. A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen opens directly onto a pretty dining table and a convivial living room. The living room is adorned with beautiful wooden beams typical of the region and exudes a warm, cosy atmosphere. It is also fully air-conditioned. Also on the ground floor is a first double bedroom with en suite bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find the other two bedrooms sharing a shower room. The air-conditioning is located in the upstairs corridor, and diffuses well into the bedrooms.

Outside: a little paradise for everyone
Just like the inside, the outside area has been carefully designed to optimise your comfort by making the most of the space available. Discover a beautiful private swimming pool heated from 20/04 to 30/09 (6.5x3.5m, depth: 1.30m) with lighting, alarm and electric shutter. There is also an underwater deck at the beginning of the pool, ideal for small children! Around the pool, enjoy the garden furniture: sun loungers, parasol and outdoor seating, but above all the jacuzzi under the covered terrace. For your summer barbecues, there is a plancha available.
