One arrives at the house via a pretty lane. This unique holiday home with swimming pool is located in a beautiful domain (1Ha) with a variety of trees, flowers, grass and beautiful large hedges.

The Côte d'Azur holiday villa is very authentic and takes you back to the olden days. Very well maintained, it offers an extremely cosy, comfortable and pleasant interior. The beautiful materials of the past come into their own. Each room on the ground floor offers direct access to the garden. Upstairs, one enjoys a beautiful view of the garden, the sea in the distance and the Bay of Napoule. The ground-floor bedroom has a single bed with pull-out mattress.

A lovely terrace with beautiful garden furniture under 2 very old olive trees offers a restful view of the garden and really puts you in a very pleasant mood. This holiday home has been entirely and tastefully refurbished. The villa is very cosy with a beautiful family kitchen and wonderful terraces and the necessary furniture.

Beautiful private swimming pool (12 x 5 m - max 1,8m depth) with a 9m² shallow end (20cm deep: ideal for toddlers and the elderly), and a 70m² terrace. The villa can be rented for 11 people + 1 baby with an extra 100.00 euros per person.

This holiday home has an ideal situation ; only 30 minutes away from Monaco, Nice, Cannes, Grasse,... Recommended during the summer but also in winter!
