La Ritournelle is a beautiful holidayhouse with a sumptuous and entirely fenced garden. The beach is within walking distance. This holidayhouse has a very pleasant terrace (with a blind) offering a view of the lovely frontgarden . There is a nice private swimming-pool (+/-7x3m - depth 1,60 m) also surrounded with big terrace and a barbecue.
The beach and all kinds of water sports are less than 200 m. This is a charming holiday home with total privacy, extremely quiet location and with an excellent price/quality ratio, taking into account the unique location in the heart of the Côte d'Azur.
Cap d'Antibes is ideal for those who love sun, sea, beach, water sports, .... The location of this holidayhouse is really sublime, quiet and within walking distance of the beach. The Côte d'Azur offers many nice towns to visit. Discover Sainte-Maxime or the Var during your stay and do your shopping at one of the local markets you can read all about it in our blogs.

Very pleasant house, quiet, with all the necessary comforts, great and very clean swimming pool, 2 minutes walk from a very pretty sandy beach. I highly recommend!

Ideal location, very quiet area, villa conforms to the description. Beautiful outdoor spaces and enough to park two vehicles without problem. We are thinking of coming back.
