Valanvi is a Exceptional holiday home with private pool situated in Domaine du Gaou Bénat, located in the area of Bormes-Les-Mimosas (Provence-Alpes-Côte 'Azur), one of the most privileged places in the Mediterranean. This private and guarded property of over 160ha of magnificent vegetation, enjoys a beautiful private beach with sailing club facing the Hyères Islands. In this green setting, the villas, all built of the dried stone from the Bormes quarries, are hidden behind the pine trees and oak trees. This holidayhome is beautiful and offers a superb panoramic view of the sea, the Iles d’Or, Ste Claire and Aiguebelle. Private swimming pool (9mx4,5m - 1,5m depth - heated from may till end september) surrounded by a lovely covered terrace with gas barbecue and sea view. Ideal for the necessary shade and long summer evenings.
This holiday home in Gaou Bénat is extremely well cared for and offers a very nice and pleasant interior. It consists of the main house and on a higher level (adjacent but accessible from outside) a beautiful, well-furnished studio with 2 areas to sleep (bunk beds + 2x1p), a bathroom (shower, double sink) and a separate toilet.
During July and August there is a very nice, cosy restaurant and sailing club on the beach. 7 tennis courts on the domain.
Tip : At the back of the house, you have direct access to the nature reserve. If you climb the steep slope, your courage will be rewarded with a breathtaking view of "Le château de Brégançon", the holiday home of a former French president.

The pool can also be heated out of season, however, a supplement of maximum 140€/week may be charged. There are 67 steps to access the entrance to the villa. It is not a steep staircase, but may still not be recommended for people with mobility problems.

What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival is possible from 4:00 p.m. and departure until 9:30 a.m. In certain cases, an exception can be made. We are at your disposal to assist you, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
