Villa Joseph is definitely a fantastic and exceptional holiday house, located on a peninsula on Presqu’île de Giens, close to Hyères (Provence-Var-Côte d'Azur), about 50 metres away from the beach and the sea. From the holiday home with private pool, a stone, natural staircase leads directly to the beach. On the peninsula, you will find many sports activities such as surfing, kitesurfing, water-skiing and boat rentals… A dream come true for beach and sea lovers.
The holiday house with a private pool comprises a spacious private and heated swimming pool (10x4m - open from may till the end of november) and a huge terrace with a unique sea-view.
The interior has Moorish accents in the living room, and can be called colourful and eccentric. There are large windows all around the living space, giving you impressive sea views from everywhere! Quality materials have been used and special attention was given to detail. The lovely decoration and harmonious colours make this holiday house very special.
On the ground floor, there is the master bedroom with air-conditioning and an adjoining luxury bathroom. An outdoor staircase leads to the 3 bedrooms. There are 3 double beds that can be separated into single beds.

Beautiful, large villa with a really fantastic view and great ambience. Nothing is missing.
Superb rental, very spacious! The location is magnificent and the view from the living room is breathtaking: you really feel on vacation! Christian's welcome is impeccable, no one really at the service of the tenants.
Very pleased with location and the villa itself. Adjacent to the beautiful public sand beach with private access, small private gated community of villas felt private. The pool is spectacular and warm. You do need to drive to pick up any supplies, but you can walk to a couple of restaurants. The house is gorgeous with the open plan common area and walls of windows. The wifi wasn't strong enough at the separate lower bedroom level for our working remotely family member to do meetings there, so they had to work from the common area. The house could use more linens and a blender but other wise is very well equipped.
An exceptional view and an impressive house, with a wide opening onto a landscape that you never tire of and direct access to the beach. The house suffers from a lack of maintenance, too bad. Our stay will however be unforgettable.
Superb house and swimming pool. Very well equipped for water activities (two-seater sea kayak-snorkeling equipment... Direct access to the creek, a very respectable size swimming pool and a magical view. Perfect stay for a week at the beginning of September

National Park right at door step is absolutely nice for walking and the view from the house is onto the bay and into the pine forest. The lounges, the terrasses, the pool and sitting areas are beautiful with stunning views. Everything is very spacey and well equipped. Absolutely beautiful!

Pleasant stay in an exceptional setting. The kitchen is very well equipped. What a shame we had such strong mistral winds that week! Without that wind, we would have thought we were in paradise…
