Delightful independent holiday home, located between the Maritime Alps and the High Alps (Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur), combining the best of both the Mediterranean and the mountain climates : 300 days of sun per year, snow in winter and a fresh evening breeze during the hot summer months.

You can ski from the New Year until March and swim in the sea at Serre-Ponçon from July until October. Nature is wonderful in spring and autumn. Mountain bikers can only enjoy the natural surroundings. During your stay, visit some of Provence's nicest villages, but don't forget these unmissable sights. There are two holiday homes on the plot of land.
Compact but spacious and bright, there are 2 identical “donjons” or watch-towers. You can enjoy the fantastic panoramic view on the unspoiled natural surroundings.

The kitchen and dining are on the floor above and the bedrooms are beneath.
The terrace, entrance and bathroom are on the floor in-between.
Further on there is a “guest house” available. On the ground floor there is a garage that has a southward terrace on its roof and offering a beautiful view. A large studio is fitted with a table, chairs and 2 beds, a small kitchen, a separate shower room and a toilet.
This “guest house” can be rented with one of the holiday houses for extra space and comfort. Price for the guest house: €625/week.
