This beautifully renovated Provençal mas offers a unique combination of luxury, space and comfort with a generous living area of 270 m², stylishly decorated with beautiful authentic and natural materials. Located in a quiet, wooded area, just 1.5 km from shops, bakery, organic shop and pharmacy, this is the perfect base to enjoy the peace and nature.

In the beautiful enclosed garden (1 hectare) with many shady trees, families with children can enjoy the outdoors in peace. The large, heated swimming pool (12x6m, depth from 0.20 to 2.30m) is equipped with a shallow section and wide steps and is secured by an electric shutter. A water temperature of 27°C is guaranteed.

The villa has floor cooling and heating on the ground floor, reversible air conditioning in the upstairs bedrooms and a cosy fireplace for winter evenings. Enjoy cosy evenings around the Weber charcoal barbecue, ideal for preparing delicious meals outdoors. There is also an enclosed bike shed and there are three shaded car parking spaces within the grounds.

Its location is ideal for lovers of nature and culture: just 16 kilometres from the legendary Mont Ventoux and surrounded by some of the most beautiful villages of the Vaucluse and Luberon regions, including Gordes, Lourmarin, Venasque and Saint-Didier.

The area offers a wide range of activities, from active nature experiences to cultural highlights and culinary discoveries. Hikers and cyclists can immerse themselves in the impressive scenery of Mont Ventoux and Luberon, where vast nature and breathtaking views alternate. For a unique cultural experience, a visit to the Carrières de Lumières in Les Baux-de-Provence is highly recommended; these artistic multimedia shows, projected on the imposing quarry walls, create a magical atmosphere (reservations recommended).
