This is a cosy holidayhouse with a private swimming-pool (8x4m - depth : 1.60m) and a small garden located in the very typical and quiet town called Maillane (Bouche du Rhone/Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur).
There are many terraces and a large outdoor kitchen (cooker, frigo/freezer, microwave, ...) where also delicious pizzas can be cooked.
Maillane is a charming, comfortable and peaceful house, perfect for family holidays and for discovering Provence. There is air conditioning in the lounge and the hall. This provides pleasant cooling throughout the house.

Small house perfectly maintained, and very clean. Small but very very pleasant rooms. Quiet location, Maillane is a very small village, very charming but with few amenities a car is necessary. The owner has rented the house for a very long time and is well versed in the practice (hotel linens, nickel equipment, etc.) while being very welcoming.

We had a pleasant stay in this beautiful Provencal house. Everything was impeccable, the house is perfectly equipped, the heated swimming pool: nothing is missing! The village is very nice. The owner made us feel very welcome. We recommend this place 100% !!

We had a very good stay at Maillane! Very warm welcome with delicate attentions, house conforming to the description, very well equipped, quiet location, 2 minutes walk from a few small shops. A special focus on bedding: I have rarely slept so well away from home 😀!

Lovely welcome by Mme Boyer, nice wine selection, very clean and tidy. 2 boulangeries nearby. Very hot so made much of the swimming pool. Main restaurant in Maillane is excellent. 2 bathrooms were excellent for the family. Would recommend.

A very nice house, in a quiet location and very well equipped! We lacked nothing, we felt very comfortable. Not to forget the friendly welcome by the owner, who welcomed us with wine and goodies. The location of the house is also very good in terms of accessibility to places worth seeing. All in all: a very good choice for us! We would be happy to recommend the house to others!
This property has everything people desire for a 2-week stay in Provence. Quiet location, completely fenced, close to everything.
The stay in Maillane was a real dream for us. The house is very well maintained and clean, as well as extremely comprehensive, smart and well-equipped. The hostess Josiane is very kind and provides many things that are not a matter of course. The heated pool is wonderful for relaxing, but unfortunately there is a lack of shade at lunchtime. There is plenty of space in the courtyard for your car, for which there is even a garage. The immediate surroundings of the house are very quiet and there are many beautiful excursion destinations in the vicinity of Maillane, and the village itself has everything you need.The booking through an agency was professional and uncomplicated.we will certainly come back. Thank you for this wonderful, relaxing time!

A beautiful holiday home for 8 people in La Bréole, located in the breathtaking Les Alpes-de-Haute-Provence region. This sublime region combines the natural beauty of imposing mountains and charming villages with the pleasures of a Mediterranean climate: 300 days of sunshine a year, snow in winter and refreshing evening breezes during the hot summers. In other words, skiing is possible from January to March, while you can enjoy swimming in the crystal-clear waters of Lake Serre-Ponçon from May to October.
MAIN HOUSE: On a sloping site are two completely independent houses, one of which is offered as a holiday home. Compact in size, but with an open and spacious design, these houses are reminiscent of two identical watchtowers. From both houses you will enjoy breathtaking panoramic views over unspoilt nature and le Grand Morgan.
The architecture of these houses is particularly interesting. The kitchen and dining room are on the upper floor, while the bedrooms are housed in the plinth. The covered terrace, entrance and bathroom are strategically positioned between the two levels, making for a comfortable and practical layout.
