Welcome to Villa Poiana, located just a few kilometers from the charming village of Trevinano, on the border of Tuscany, Umbria, and Lazio. Villa Poiana is a beautiful stone villa for 9 people with a private pool, situated in a quiet and unspoiled setting, surrounded by stunning natural beauty. From the property, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the forests and hills of the Monte Rufeno Nature Reserve, and fully savor the tranquility and beauty of the Tuscan landscape.
The villa was recently restored with great care and has retained all the charm of a traditional Tuscan country house. Wooden and terracotta beams, travertine floors, and authentic materials are combined with elegant furniture, much of which was crafted by local artisans. Each room has been decorated with taste and sophistication, creating an authentic, comfortable, and warm atmosphere.
The house is surrounded by a spacious garden with olive trees and several cozy spots to relax and fully enjoy the peaceful country life. The beautiful 9 x 4.50 m private pool is situated in a panoramic spot and also features a pleasant hydromassage area. It’s ideal for cooling off or simply relaxing while taking in the view of the surrounding hills. An outdoor kitchen with a wood-fired oven and barbecue invites you to prepare cozy meals al fresco and spend long summer evenings together.
With its 300 m² and five bedrooms, this villa can accommodate up to 9 people. The ground floor features a spacious living room with a fireplace and dining area, a kitchen, four double bedrooms, one single bedroom, two bathrooms with showers, and a separate restroom. On the first floor, there is a fifth double bedroom with an en suite bathroom. This room has a separate entrance via an outdoor staircase.
Thanks to its prime location, Villa Poiana is also an excellent base from which to discover the many treasures of this region of Italy. The historic cities and picturesque villages of Orvieto, Bolsena, Montepulciano, Pitigliano, and Sovana are easily accessible. Florence and Rome are approximately 130 and 160 km away, respectively.

What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival is possible from 4:00 p.m. and departure until 9:30 a.m. In certain cases, an exception can be made. We are at your disposal to assist you, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
Can I bring my dog to the holiday home?
