Villa sul lago is a beautiful villa at the top of a green hill. In this villa you enjoy spectacular views over Lake Bolsena and the tuscia valleys. Despite its private and quiet location, you can quickly reach the old town of Montefiascone with all necessary amenities and shops. It is the ideal location to visit larger cities as well as natural areas. You can visit the following nice places: Civita di Bagnoregio, Lake Bolsena, Viterbo and the local terms, Orvieto, Tuscany and so much more.
The villa is divided into three spacious flats that can be reached by some stairs. A total of 16 people can stay here. Ideal for a large group. The interior is very bright and furnished with comfortable cosy furniture but also equipped with all necessary facilities. For example, each flat has its own kitchen.
Outside you will also enjoy comfortable luxury; the swimming pool has a fountain and hydro-massage area. The garden is fully enclosed so you can enjoy your holiday on the sun loungers on the terrace without any worries.

What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival is possible from 4:00 p.m. and departure until 9:30 a.m. In certain cases, an exception can be made. We are at your disposal to assist you, so please do not hesitate to contact us.
Can I bring my dog to the holiday home?
At CAP, we’re all animal lovers, and we offer a wide range of accommodations where your four-legged friend is welcome. What if I need to cancel my booking?
