Casa Buena Esperanza (Casares - Costa del Sol) is an outdoor luxury holiday house for 8 people (+ 2 people with the studio) located on a private hill about 2 minutes away from Casares in beautiful Andalusia. You can enjoy a breathtaking view of the unspoilt nature and the sea in the distance.
This holiday house is only 7 minutes away from the well-known resort of Finca Cortesin with its prestigious golf courses, tennis courts and swimming pools. The beach is 10 minutes away. Lovely Sotogrande is only 20 minutes from there. You can also enjoy a day-trip to Ronda which is about an hour away from the house. You access this royal holiday house through a way that leads to the carport (1 car) and private parking for a few cars. It enjoys an exceptional situation and offers delightful terraces with quality outdoor furniture. You can enjoy the beautiful private swimming pool (4x9m - lightly salted water which is better for the skin), the well-tended garden and panoramic views that you can admire. The evening lighting makes it romantic and magical.
The house is stylishly fitted in a lovely mix of modern materials and typical Andalusian fittings. The fabulous wooden beams and high ceilings offer an atmosphere of space and luxury.
There is a newly built a little house a little lower in the garden at the disposal of the tenants. This can be rented with a supplement of €385 per week. This little house with beautiful and very tasteful decoration has a living room, open kitchen, private bathroom, bedroom with kingsize bed and nice terrace. Perfect for a family that occasionally seeks some privacy.

The village of Casares, where there is also a butcher, a few bakeries, a mini-market with fresh products and some small supermarkets is only a few minutes drive away. There are also some restaurants over there. For large purchases in a Carrefour or Lidl you drive to the coast (10 min by car).
Casares is also a popular destination for golf enthusiasts, thanks to its beautiful weather, breathtaking scenery and many golf courses.
One of the most famous golf courses in Casares is the Finca Cortesin Golf Club, which is consistently ranked as one of the best courses in Spain. The club has hosted numerous international tournaments, including the Volvo World Match Play Championship, and is known for its challenging site and beautiful views. Not to be missed for golf enthusiasts.
Other popular golf courses in the area are Real Club Valderrama (30km), Golf la Reserva Sotogrande (29km), Alcadeidesa Golf Club (with beautiful views 34 km), and also The San Roque Club. But also towards Estepona (less than 20 km), Estepona Golf, Azata Golf and the beautiful Valle Romano Golf. You also have smaller ones such as the Doña Julia Golf Club and the La Duquesa Golf & Country Club.

Surroundings
The house is amazing, has a spectacular view with a pool you can relax in. The terrace is spacious and nicely furnished - you can breakfast /lunch/ dinner outside and lay down on the sofas. The inside is nicely decorated and the kitchen equipped with all you need. There was even a pan to make paella :) The bedroom are also great, all of them with private bathrooms which is very comfortable as we were 4 couples during a weekly stay. Casares a very lovely Spanish town is just 3min away. The drive to the cost is 10min. This gives you piece and quiet during your stay but you are also very close to bars, restaurants and the beach. You need to travel by car though. All in all we loved the place and for sure will come back next time!

Beautifully situated location. The water of the swimming pool was perhaps a little too cold but otherwise everything was fine. Good and prompt communication with CAP.
We have had another fantastic holiday. A beautiful holiday home with a wonderful view. highly recommended. The only comment was that the water in the pool was not always clear. Some chlore could have solved this.
This house was exactly as portrayed online. Absolutely beautiful views. Could see the Rock of Gibraltar, Mediterranean Sea, as well as mountains in Africa. Beautiful property - all very clean and in working order. Comfortable beds and furniture indoors and out. Great to have the pool after days of touring. Check in was very easy and Warren did a great job providing all necessary info as well as recommendations. I have to say that the drive from the highway to the house was a bit of a challenge, but something we became accustomed to. I suppose it is to be expected with a house on a hillside! Those views...!
Lovely property in a beautiful setting. The villa met our needs perfectly to comfortably accommodate 8 people. The facilities were great with a beautiful pool that was cleaned 3 times during our stay. A local representative was on hand to offer assistance if needed. The area is both quiet and picturesque and close to the mountain village of Caseras. Would definitely recommend it.

La Corale is a true jewel of a holiday house, located in the village of Vinuela (Costa del Sol) and overlooking the spectacular mountain chain of La Maroma. Here, the Sierra Nevada is on display in front of you.
The villa is situated above an olive orchard. Below is a dam, turquoise in summer, emerald in winter.
Outdoors is like a Wonderland: the delightful heated swimming pool (8x4m), the flower-filled garden, the trendy lounge, the lovely deck chairs, the tree-house and play area (football field, sandbox,…). The view of the sierra is all around, without a neighbour in sight. Sun terraces all around the house.
The garden has a “tree-house”, which is a great adventure for children where they can run and play. But it also a place where you can meditate or enjoy a chat or a lovely glass of wine.
